摘 要: | 美国高校在金融专业人才培养方面,可谓绝对先驱.无论在金融专业人才培养目标的制定、专业课程体系的设置、传统教学方式的改良,还是高校教学团队的建设等不同领域,美国高校均为外界展示出了良好的榜样与示范作用.通过进行有关中美高校金融专业人才培养模式的对比分析,本文试图从差距中找到中国高校金融专业人才培养的正确路径,不断深化培养目标,从而为我国的金融业发展,提供充足的人才与智力支持.

A comparative analysis on talent training modelon financial profession between Sino-American universities |

Abstract: | American universities can be described as an absolute pioneer in talent training in financial profession.The universities in the United States have taken an example to show the outside world a good role in many different fields on talent training in financial profession such as the identification of training target,curriculum setting traditional teaching methods improvement,the university teaching team construction,and so on.Through the comparative analysis on the training modes of financial professional in two countries,this paper tries to find the correct path for China's financial professional talent training from the gap,and continuously deepens the training so as to provide talents and intellectual support to the development of financial industry in China. |
