图们江地区经济社会与生态环境协调发展水平评价

建立图们江地区经济社会与生态环境协调发展水平评价模型,提出用协调发展指数评价图们江地区经济社会与生态环境协调发展水平。研究结果表明,图们江地区经济社会与生态环境协调发展指数从2002年的0.3714提高到2012年的0.5949,其协调发展水平从2002年的4级提高到2012年的6级,即由轻度失调发展水平提高到勉强协调发展水平,协调发展水平较低。建议加强产业结构优化升级、促进人口健康均衡发展、发展生态资源可持续利用以及加强环境治理力度,来提高区域经济社会与生态环境协调发展水平。

Assessment of coordinated development degree between social,economical and ecological environment in the Tumen River Region

The coordinated development degree model between economical,social and ecological environment in the Tumen River Region is established with the coordinated development index to assess the Tumen River Region’s coor-dinated development degree. The results show that the coordinated development index of the economic society and ecological environment in Tumen River Region has increased from 0. 3714 in 2002 to 0. 5949 in 2012,which is from the level of mild disorders development (4 level) in 2002 to reluctant coordinated development (6 level ) in 2012. Its coordinated development degree is still lower. It should keep strengthening the optimization and upgrading of in-dustrial structure,promoting the balanced development of the population,developing ecological sustainable utiliza-tion of resources and strengthening environmental regulation in order to increase the coordinated development index of regional economic society and ecological environment.
