耕地资源集约利用的驱动机制分析——以四川省为例

基于影响耕地资源集约利用的自然环境、经济发展、科技因素、人口因素、制度政策等因素构建耕地集约利用驱动机制的一般理论分析框架,并利用四川省1978-2015年社会经济和土地利用数据构建计量经济模型进行实证分析.研究结果表明:经济、人口和农业科技是推动耕地集约利用的重要因素;政府对耕地的利用政策在一定程度上激励农民集约利用耕地;整体上看,经济发展水平是影响耕地集约利用的关键性原因.

The analysis on the driving mechanism of cultivated land intensive utilization

On the basis of general analysis frame to factors that influence cultivated land intensive utilization such as the natural environment,economic development,science and technology factors,demographic factors and institutional policy,this paper establishes a theoretical framework and makes an practical analysis to the mechanism of cultivated land intensive utilization and the factors that influence cultivated land intensive utilization by using the data of economy,society and land use from 1978 to 2015 in Sichuan province in China.The results indicate that economic development,demographic factors and science and technology factor are important factors to improve the cultivated land intensive utilization.The government policy in cultivated utilization,to some degree,encourages the peasants in the practice of cultivated land intensive utilization.Generally,the level of economic development is the key reason to influence the cultivated land intensive utilization.
