| Abstract: | The PPP project,vigorously promoted,has triggered a new round boom. The project sponsor in this pattern is government at all levels. Thus a normal fiscal ability argument as well as its conclusion is very important for PPP project approval. This article describes the content,procedure,method and conclusion of the fiscal ability argument for PPP projects through a specific project for reference. |
