| 摘 要： | 高等教育改革是以培养知识、能力、素质协调发展的高端应用型人才模式为主,校企协同育人的方法为辅,基于产学研合作教育来构建新型创新人才培养机制为目标.本文提出以协同创新的人才培养建设为主体、以信息技术为支撑、以数字仪器为特色的新型人才培养模式;以信息技术为先导,规划科学学科方向,开展新的教育模式研究,以校企产学研基地为基础,协同创新;构建以产学研平台为基础、以实践能力培养为导向的校企联合协同创新人才培养的发展方向,以适应地方经济发展和我国数字产业的迫切需求.

| Abstract: | The reform of higher education is the main high-end talent mode to cultivate the coordinated development of knowledge,ability and quality education,and the method of collaborative enterprise complementary,cooperative education mechanism is built based on the innovation of talent cultivation target.This paper puts forward a collaborative digital innovative talents training as the main body and the biomedical information technology as a new model of training talents,to support digital instrument features;with information technology as the guide,planning science research direction,a new mode of education,the university industry base,to build collaborative innovation;research the basic platform for the development of the direction to practice ability oriented school enterprise cooperative innovation and personnel training,in order to meet the urgent needs of the local economic development and China's digital industry. |
