新常态下高校学生干部培养模式的创新研究

The innovative study on college student cadre training mode under the new normalcy

College student cadres,the pioneers of student groups,play an important role as a bridge in connecting college,teachers,and students.However,there are some problems in the work of college student cadre training in the new normalcy,such as the problems of student themselves,the problems of advisers and the problems of training systems,etc.,which severely influence the benign development of college student cadres group.Therefore,college should strengthen the training of student cadres,define clearly the roles of student cadres,innovate management and training concept,set up a scientific and reasonable training system,establish an excellent student cadres group,and improve the efficiency of student works.
