新常态下高校学生干部培养模式的创新研究

摘    要:论述高校学生干部是学生群体的先锋模范,在学校、老师与学生之间起着纽带与桥梁的重要作用.新常态下高校学生干部的培养工作也面临着诸多问题:学生自身的问题,指导老师及培养体制的问题等,严重影响了高校学生干部队伍的良性发展.指出高校应加强对学生干部的培养力度,明确学生干部的角色定位,创新管理与培养理念,建立合理科学的培养体系,打造一支优秀的学生干部队伍,提高学生工作效率.

The innovative study on college student cadre training mode under the new normalcy
Abstract:College student cadres,the pioneers of student groups,play an important role as a bridge in connecting college,teachers,and students.However,there are some problems in the work of college student cadre training in the new normalcy,such as the problems of student themselves,the problems of advisers and the problems of training systems,etc.,which severely influence the benign development of college student cadres group.Therefore,college should strengthen the training of student cadres,define clearly the roles of student cadres,innovate management and training concept,set up a scientific and reasonable training system,establish an excellent student cadres group,and improve the efficiency of student works.
