新生代农民工利益表达的抑制性因素及其化解理路

在进行利益表达时,因短缺的表达资源、狭窄的熟人社区、困境的集体行动以及断裂的信任链条,新生代农民工不愿、不想、不敢表达自己的意见、建议与利益要求,处于集体失语状态,影响到城镇化的健康发展和行政政策的民主化与科学化.为此,必须创新社会治理结构、建构新生代农民工组织、改革政府职能、加快社会流动以化解新生代农民工利益表达的抑制性因素.

The inhibitory factors and discard logic method tothe interest expression of the new generation migrant worker

In the process of interest expression,own to the shortage of resources,narrow acquaintance community,dilemma of collective action and fracture of the chain of trust expression,the new generation migrant workers do not want to and dare to express their views,suggestions and interest requirements,being in a state of collective aphasia,which affects the healthy development of urbanization and the democratization and scientification of administrative policy.Therefore,the structure of public governance should be innovated,the organization of the new generation migrant workers should be established,the functions of government should be reformed,and social mobility should be accelerated in order to discard the inhibitory factors of the new generation of migrant workers during their interest expression.
