| 摘 要： | 柏拉图正义论包括对一般正义论的破坏性的解构部分和柏拉图式正义论的建构性的论证部分,这种讨论正义的论证设计是一种具有完整环节的典型正义论模式,这种模式和其中的内容提出了有史以来关于正义主题的一些关键性问题与研究“正义”的某种独特视角,但这种论证设计的内部细节也存在一些值得讨论的问题。

| Abstract: | Plato's theory of justice includes two parts: one is to destruct vague conception of justice,and the other is to construct platonic conception of justice.The design of argumentation which is a typical pattern of justice theory is used by Plato to demonstrate a classical theory of justice,and it puts forward some very im-portant key points about justice and also gives us a particular visual angle of thinking about justice.Unavoidably,the design of argumentation and some details of content in it also contain some problems that are suspectable and should be discussed further by scholars. |
