| 摘 要： | 生物进化论是组织演化研究最重要的基础,近年来共生理论有取代达尔文进化论和拉马克进化论成为主导组织演化研究的新的理论基础之势.在评述作为组织演化理论基础的达尔文进化论和拉马克进化论的基础上,指出二者本身存在的偏颇以及学者的误读是共生理论成为组织演化的新基础的契机,而共生理论在组织演化的内涵和特征、组织的本体论假设、组织与环境关系、组织演化机制等方面的基本立场则是其成为组织演化的新基础的根本原因.

| Abstract: | Biological evolution is the most important basis of organizational evolution study.In recent years there was a trend that Symbiosis Theory is going to replace Darwinism and Lamarckian to lead the research of organizational evolution.After commenting on the Darwinism and Lamarckian,the writer figures out that it offers an opportunity for Symbiosis Theory to take place of Darwinism and Lamarckian because of their defects and scholars’ misreading.But the basic position of Symbiosis Theory on organizational evolution is the fundamental reason. |
