| 摘 要： | 国家理科基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地建立是为了培养高水平的理科基础人才和教学人才,我国理科基地人才培养在不断发展的同时还存在一些不可避免的问题,文章对理科基地人才培养进行分析思考,并提出一些理论指导性的改革策略。

| Abstract: | The aim of national science basic scientific research and the training base of talented people at teaching are used to bring up people with high level at science and teaching areas.The science base talented person training is developing fast now in our country,but some inevitable problems still exist at the same time.Through some analysis and consideration at the training of talents in science base,this article presents some theoretic and instructional reformation strategy. |
