| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化的今天,就业形势日益严峻,迫使大学毕业生必须正视就业现实,放弃不切实际的择业思想.高校应该教育和引导学生树立正确的择业观,从而为大学生毕业后顺利就业奠定良好基础.
