| 摘 要： | 刑事评议表决规则主要包括迅速集中评议、秘密评议和有序评议等。迅速集中评议规则要求合议庭应当在庭审结束之后迅速、及时且不间断地进行案件的评议工作。秘密评议和有序评议规则旨在保证合议庭成员独立自由地根据理性和良心依法评议与表决。
