论中原城市群崛起的精神文化支撑

中原城市群的建设是大力发展河南社会经济、推进城市化并最终实现中原崛起的重要战略。在此发展过程中还存在着精神文化障碍,而精神文化是中原城市群崛起的重要支撑力。因此,必须采取措施加强精神文化建设。这就需要在培养市民文化意识、建设城市特色文化、加强文化产业建设、理顺管理体制等诸多方面进行配合运作。
