论人才观的七个转变

摘    要:树立科学的人才观,必须实现七个转变。在人才标准上,必须从唯"学历、职称"向重"能力、业绩"转变;在人才选拔上,必须从"伯乐相马"向"赛场选马"转变;在人才使用上,必须从"追求完美"向"扬长避短"转变;在人才流动上,必须从"刚性化"向"柔性化"转变;在人才聚集上,必须从"引进人才"向"追随人才"转变;在人才环境上,必须从"硬环境、宏观环境"的改善向"软环境、微观环境"的优化转变;在人才培养上,必须从"一次性培养"向"终生培养"转变。

Abstract:Acquiring a scientific talent outlook requires seven changes. On talent standard, we should change from emphasizing "academic background and professional title" to "ability and achievements"; on talent selection, from "Bole spots good talents" to "Judging good horses on racecourse"; on talent employment, from "chasing being perfect" to "developing the strong points and avoiding the weak points"; on talent flow, from "being rigid" to "being flexible"; On talent accumulation, from "introducing talents" to "chasing talents"; on talent environment, from the improvement of "hard environment and macroscopic" to the optimization of "soft and microscopic environment"; on talent cultivation, from "one-time cultivation" to "whole-life cultivation".
