| 摘 要： | 行政公正是实现法治社会的重要途径,而法治社会的最终目标是实现和谐社会。简述了行政公正与和谐社会的含义与关系,分析了确立行政公正的原因及其我国行政领域现存问题,提出几点完善行政公正的措施,最终实现和谐社会的宏伟目标。

| Abstract: | Administrative injustice is the important means to realize the rule of law.However,it is the ultimate aim for the rule by law to achieve the harmonious society.The paper interprets the connotation of administrative injustice and the harmonious society and discusses the interrelation between them.Meanwhile,it analyses the reasons for establishing administrative injustice and the current problem of administrative field in China.It also makes some suggestions to perfect administrative injustice in order to achieve the harmonious society. |
