| 摘 要： | 转方式调结构是保持经济社会平稳较快发展的持久动力。只有加快经济转型升级，构筑发展新优势；调整优化城乡结构，加快城镇化、城乡一体化进程；完善体制机制，营造转方式调结构的良好环境；改善和保障民生，促进经济社会协调发展，才能确保县域经济科学发展、绿色发展。

| Abstract: | Transferring ways of economic growth and adjusting structure of economic development could provide lasting power for maintaining stable and rapid development of economy and society. Only to accelerate economic transformation and upgrading to build new advantages;adjust and optimize the urban and rural structure to speed up urbanization and urban-rural integration process;improve institutional mechanisms to create a good environment for transferring ways and adjusting structure;improve and protect people＇s livelihood to promote harmonious development of economy and society can we ensure the scientific and green development of county economy. |
