| 摘 要： | 现行文件利用工作的开展,给档案工作注入新的活力的同时,也在档案界引起激烈的争议。现行文件利用工作的发展,要以科学发展观为指导,要纠正实际工作一哄而上、不计效益、不计发展的做法,着力坚持观念创新、服务创新、管理创新,实现现行文件利用工作的全面、协调、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | While utilization and management of current documents have activated archives management,it has also aroused hot debates in the archive field.This thesis holds that utilization and management of current documents be guided by scientific development viewpoints,avoid blind following without concern about real situation,efficiency or further development and abide by the principle of concept creativity,service creativity and management creativity so that utilization and management of current documents can be fully carried out in a coordinated and sustainable way. |
