| Abstract: | Based on the requirements of high-new technology enterprises for R&D personnel, the author has designed an index system for comprehensive evaluation of R&D personnel. AHP method is employed for quantitative analysis, making it possible to evaluate R&D personnel in a scientific way and to cultivate and use high-quality talents. |
