| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织以后,西方跨国公司会以更大的规模、更快的速度进入中国。从长期看,跨国公司投资的扩大将有利于我国经济发展和产业升级,同时,也会带来一些风险。作为中国的一个地区,河北省在享受到更多地吸引跨国公司的投资,利用外资促进本地区经济发展的同时,对其所带来的风险也必须有清醒的认识,尽可能减少其消极影响。

| Abstract: | After China enters WTO, the transnational corporations in western world will enter China on large scale and with increasing speed. From a long-term point of view, the investment of transnational corporations will benefit our economic development and industrial upgrade. At the same time, it also can bring us some risk. Hebei province should enjoy much more investments, and make full use of them to develop our regional economy, while the risks should also be clearly realized in order to decrease the negative effect. |
