| Abstract: | The rural surplus labour force transfer,which is the special phenomenon during the period of transition from traditional economy of agriculture to moder industrialized economy,has aroused universal attention and great importance has been attached to it.The rural surplus labour force in Henan is enomorous,thus the situation is rather serious.It is of great importance for the sustainable,coordinated and rapid development if analysis of the tendency and countermeasures of this rural surplus labour force transfer can be made according to the actual situation. |
