| 摘 要： | 县级城市是我国城市体系的重要组成部分,既具有城市的经济社会特征,又属于我国县域经济的重要范畴,与我国乡村发展具有密切的关系.县级城市的发展面临着与区域大型城市和核心市场的距离比较远、人口密度和人口规模偏低、基础设施落后等问题,而且按照城市行政级别配置资源的做法加大了县级城市获取发展资源的难度.县级城市的发展要分类指导、突出特色.对与大中城市群比较近、经济联系较为紧密的县级市,要鼓励其融入大中城市群协同发展；对距离大中城市群比较远、发展的独立性比较强的县级市,应该加大扶持力度,给予专项支持.

| Abstract: | County-level cities are vital parts of the city system in our country, with both urban eco- nomic features and regional economic characteristics, having close relationship with the development of towns and villages. There are some problems for the development of county-level cities. Therefore, the development of county-level cities should be guided respectively and should be with characteris-tics. For those that are near the large-scale cities, integration with the large-scale cities is encour-aged; for those that are far from large-scale cities, aid should be strengthened, and special funds should be given. |
