摘    要:论资排辈这种陈腐做法与“德才兼备、能绩双优”的用人标准相违背,更与“以人为本”的科学发展观、与现代科学文化发展规律背道而驰,对于我们的事业有很大的危害。它的形成是有历史原因的。要破除论资排辈的现象,可以从挽留人才、储备人才和建设人才强国的战略高度,完善选人用人机制,促使人才脱颖而出。

Ways to Solve the Predicament of Grading Party Members and Cadres According to Their Statuses

Abstract:The traditional way of grading members according to their statuses goes against the standard of "character and talent, performance and ability", and the developing trend of "being human- based", which poses a great harm to our cause. There are some reasons for its formation. To break this tradition, it is advised to perfect the mechanism of deploying talents.
