| 摘 要： | 本文设计了一套用于逆变式co_2/MAG气体保护焊机电源的电压、电流双闭环无静差调节控制系统,有效地解决了电源静特性和动特性的矛盾,限制了短路电流峰值,减少了飞溅,改善了焊缝成型,还设计了一套闭环无静差调节的PWM控制送丝系统,使得送丝平衡,精确可靠.

| Abstract: | In this paper, a set of controlling system of no static difference be used ininverter-type CO2/MAG gas shielded arc-welding machine is desinged, what is adjusted byvoltuge and complex solution to the static characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of theweldiny source is obtained. The maximum short-circuit current is limited, the splashquanlity is reduced,and the welding formation is improved. In this paper,a set of PWMcontrol system driving wire feed that is adjusted no static difference by feedback is designed.For this reason,"the wire drive feed is smooth,accurate and reliable. |
