| 摘 要： | 十六大报告从全面建设小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的全局出发,深刻阐述了新时期教育发展的目标和任务,也为我国的民族高等教育提出了更高更新的要求.本文结合十六大报告的有关要求,对民族高等院校如何在新的历史条件下,与时俱进,取得全面的发展提出了一些思路.

| Abstract: | The Report of the 16 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party puts forward the proposal of building China into a well off and great country. Education development is part of the great task, and accordingly the highter education of multi ethnic universities is teemed with promising opportunities. Thus, strategic plan must be made and specific measures taken in this regard. |
