| 摘 要： | 在高等教育进入大众化的宏观背景下,独立学院教育面临着许多新的课题。经过教学实践,分析出独立学院学生的需求特点,并摸索出一个帮助学生需要层次良性发展的管理模式,通过采取多角度、全方位的管理手段,以实现教育的有效性。
