The Trade Strategy and Policy in the World Economy:An Comparative Study from a Historical Perspective

The trade strategy and policy,which is aimed to enhance the national competitive strength and improve the national welfare,has different forms in different countries and at different stages of economic development.The various policies are used in turn according to the business circle.This paper carries out a comparative study of the trade strategy and policy at different stages in different countries,argues that the trade policy is related with the economic development,national interests,and the games between interest groups.It points out that the trade strategy and policy should be adopted according to the national interests and the economical development in today's China,so that it can help to enhance the national competitive strength.
