高职院校教师激励机制存在的问题及对策

摘    要:根据激励理论,从管理上以行政为主、缺乏对教师激励的关注,职称评定体系针对性不强.教师心理缺乏归属感,分配上的不公平感等四个方面对高职院校教师激励机制存在的问题和原因进行分析,并提出改善高职院校教师激励机制的对策。

Abstract:According to the theory of incentives,the essay analysis the existent problems and causes of incentive mechanisms for higher technical college teacher from the four aspects:the management is administration mainly and lack the incentives for teachers,the points of the job appraisal system to the teachers is not strong,teachers lack psychological feeling of belonging,teacher's unfair feeling of assignment,then gives the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of teachers.
