| Abstract: | This paper analyses the consumption structure, increase in income, the citizens savings, the reform of social security system, the reform of the state-owned enterprises, the present situations of non-state-owned economy and the disadvantageous situations for country narket, etc. Then it discusses the complicated relations between them and analyses again the reasons for the lack of consumption demand in Heilongjiang province. |
