| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了网络环境下科技期刊保密工作的重要意义，指出做好科技期刊的保密工作直接关系到国家和民族的利益，探讨了科技期刊长效机制的建立对策，指出科技期刊的保密工作需要科技期刊管理部门、编辑出版部门、作者和审稿专家的共同努力，才能确保期刊发表论文的安全保密。

| Abstract: | The significance of secret work of sci-tech periodicals is discussed in the circumstances of computer network. It is pointed out that the secret work of sci-tech periodicals is directly related to the profits of our country and nationality. How to construct the effective mechanism of secret work of sci-tech periodicals is presented. The secret work of sci-tech periodicals is done with the cooperation of the periodicals＇ executive departments, publishers, authors and reviewers. |
