新常态下打造物流业升级版

研究指出，2014年9月，国务院颁发的《物流业中长期发展规划（2014—2020年）》将物流业明确定位为支撑国民经济发展的基础性和战略性产业，物流业在经济发展“新常态”下产业地位得到了进一步提升，在国民经济发展中的重要地位得到进一步确定。随着中国经济发展进入新常态，中国物流业总体上也进入“常态趋稳、动态调整”的“新常态”。作为“一轴双核两翼”中“两翼”之一的宣城市也不例外，本文通过对宣城市新常态下物流业的现状，存在的主要问题进行实证分析，进而为打造宣城市物流业“升级版”，应对经济发展“新常态”提供参考性建议。

Under the new normal build logistics industry upgrade

In September 2014,the medium and long-term development planning (2014—2020) issued by the state council ,will be clearly positioning logistics industry to support the development of the national economy basic and strategic industry .The logistics industry in economic development under the “new normal” further enhances indus-try status,further determines the important position in national economic development .With the development of Chi-na's economy into the new normal ,China’ s logistics industry on the whole ,also enters the “normal stabilization ,dy-namic adjustment” of the “new normal”.As“one axis dual-core two wings” of the“two wings”,either of the mis-sion cities is not exceptional also .This article researches and analyzes the main problems , and then makes Xuancheng logistics industry “upgrade”,“new normal” response to the economic development to provide reference suggestion through the mission of the present situation of logistics industry under the new normal .
