长白山天然矿泉水资源法律保护：现状、问题与对策

研究指出，长白山天然矿泉水资源法律保护机制的完善程度，不仅关系着吉林省天然矿泉水产业的良性发展，同时对长白山地区生态资源的可持续发展具有潜在的重要影响。针对长白山天然矿泉水产业准入标准设计门槛偏低、整体知识产权保护战略的缺乏以及法律保护机制不健全的问题，应充分发挥法律机制的引导与规范作用，引入开发与保护并重的理念，建立健全长白山天然矿泉资源的法律保护体制，以提高长白山天然矿泉水资源开发与保护水平。

On the legal protection ofnatural mineral water resources in Changbai Mountain

The legal protection mechanism ’ s development degree of Changbai Mountain natural mineral water re-sources affects the healthy development of Jilin province natural mineral water industry ,at the same time;it poten-tially affects the sustainable development of Changbai Mountain region ’ s ecological resources .According to the low standard design of natural mineral water industry ’ s admittance threshold of Jilin province ,the lack of overall protec-tion strategy of intellectual property rights and the imperfect legal protection mechanism ,we should give full play to the legal mechanism of the guide and regulate ,introduce the concept of laying equal stress on development and pro-tection,establish and perfect the legal protection system of Changbai Mountain natural mineral resources in order to improve the exploitation and protection level of Changbai Mountain natural mineral water resources .
