| 摘 要： | 中国加入 WTO会促进政府职能转变。政府必须合理确定自身应发挥作用的主要方向 ,在此基础上 ,重点抓紧调整与 WTO规则不相适应的地方。通过转变行政理念、转变行政管理方式和进行政府机构改革等途径 ,尽快调整政府职能 ,以适应 WTO的要求 ,使中国最大程度地受益

| Abstract: | China's entry into the WTO can promote the government's function transition. Government must reasonably define itself in the main direction that government works, and on the basis of this, government should emphasize adjusting some aspects that do not fit in the WTO rule. By transforming the administration notion, administration management and carrying out government organ reformation, government should adjust function to the request of WTO as soon as possible so as to make the benefit to the highest extent. |
