摘 要: | 以河北农业大学为例,研究了新形势下高校后勤餐饮管理模式的特点和与之配套的采购模式及特点。为建设新型高校餐饮保障体系,促进高校食堂的健康发展,提高食品安全水平和校园、社会稳定提供积极的参考和建议。

Abstract: | Taking Hebei Agricultural University as an example, the characteristics of the logistics catering management mode in colleges and universities and the corresponding procurement mode and characteristics are discussed under the new situation.For the construction of new university food security system, and promote the healthy development of the college canteen, provide a positive reference and suggestions to improve the level of food safety, social stability and campus. |
