| Abstract: | As Hemingway's first full length novel,The Sun Also Rises is a truly gripping story,told in lean hard,athletic prose.Embedded in its deceptive simplicity there lies a complexity of style,theme and narrative method.Therefore,the work is worthy of decades' critical studies.With careful elaborations upon different interpretations generated by the western critics,the paper observes multi-dimensional approaches to the comprehension of the novel. |
