| 摘 要： | 2001年4月28日通过的婚姻法修正案改进了我国的夫妻财产制。但这次修补式的修改没有从根本上建立和完善我国的夫妻财产制,不能完全满足调整现实婚姻家庭方面财产关系的需要。完善我国的夫妻财产制应增设通则性夫妻财产关系的一般规定;合理增加夫妻一方特有财产的种类,适当缩小夫妻共同财产的范围;进一步完善夫妻约定财产制,构筑我国夫妻约定财产制的完整体系。
