| 摘 要： | 罗马法是西方世界法制的源头,它深深地影响着欧洲大陆法系的发展。对于与欧洲一水相隔的英国而言,罗马法也留下了特殊的烙印,使英国法为代表的英美法系呈现另一番特有景象。英国在其民族特征、王权统治、法律职业阶层等因素的作用下有限输入罗马法,使罗马法对英国的法律发展方式、法律体系、司法体系及法学教育等方面产生重要影响。

| Abstract: | Roman law is the headstream of the Western legal institutions and it deeply influences the Continental Law.To England which is divided from Europe by the sea,Roman law has also left a particular brand and made the Common Law system acquire other characteristics.The comparative method is here used to analyze the impact of Roman law on the English legal institutions,and to expound this effect in the development of English legal institutions. |
