改进金工实习模式注重培养创新能力

为改变传统的金工实习重“制造”,轻“设计”的弊端,培养学生系统完整的机械制造加工工艺意识和创新思维、创新能力,在焊接实习中增加了钣金成型、铁艺制作等内容,让学生在实习老师的指导下自主进行产品的创意设计、自行决定工艺流程、自觉运用加工工艺,不仅调动了学生实习的积极性、主动性,弥补了传统金工实习的不足。而且,学生的创新思维、创新能力和综合动手能力都得到了锻炼和提高。

Improving the Mode of Metal Working Practice and Strengthening the Innovation Capability

In order to reform the traditional issues that emphasis on manufacturing but despise of designing,to cultivate the students' systemic consciousness,innovation ability and creative of machinery manufacturing process technology,the sheet forming and iron artistic production were introduced in welding practice.The students could design the products and decide the process by themselves.It not only mobilize their initiative but also made up the deficiencies in traditional metal working practice.At the same,their capability in practice and innovation are improved.
