| 摘 要： | 我国高校本科毕业生就业形势严峻，面临着经济发展转型的结构性失调。高校本科毕业生就业指导工作的重要性日益凸显。在新形势下，我国高校本科毕业生就业指导应加强内涵式教育，构建就业指导理论实践体系；优化整合资源，创新就业指导内容与形式；做好政策引导，提供大学生就业法律支撑。

| Abstract: | University graduates is facing the severe situation in China, and the structural imbalance of economic development transformation. The university graduates'' employment guidance is becoming more and more important. Under the new situation, we should strengthen the connotation of education of the employment guidance of university graduates in our country, construct the theory and practical system of employment guidance, optimize the integration of resources, innovate the content and form of employment guidance, do a good job of policy guidance, and provide a legal support for university graduates'' employment. |
