| 摘 要： | 纤维材料可通过溶质与其表面的相互作用来实现对被分析物质的萃取和分离。本文综述了纤维材料作为萃取介质和固定相在色谱分析中的最新发展动态,介绍了纤维管内固相微萃取(fiber-in-tubeSPME)技术以及不同类型纤维材料作为毛细管柱固定相在气相色谱、液相色谱、毛细管电色谱中的应用。

| Abstract: | Extraction and separation can be achieved by the specific interactions between analytes and the surface of fiber packed into capillaries. The studies on fiber-in-tube solid phase microextraction (SPME) and fiber as the stationary phase for gas chromatography (GC), capillary liquid chromatography (?LC) and capillary electrochromatography (CEC) were reviewed, and recent development in the applications of fiber-packed column was summarized in this paper, showing that these fiber-packed capillary columns have great potential as separation or extraction medium. |
