全球化与多极化及其相互关系的理性思考

全球化是当今世界发展的必然趋势,与全球化相伴而生的是多极化的发展。全球化萌芽于多极化之中,并且是多极化发展的归宿;而多极化则是全球化的基础,是全球化进程中局部的体现。多极化就其实质来说,是国际关系的民主化,只有国际格局形成了多极化,国际关系的民主化才会建构起国际新秩序。从一定意义上讲,单极化是多极化与全球化的障碍。

On the Relation between Globalization and Multi-Polarization

Globalization is the trend of the world development. Along with it is the development of multi - polarization. Globalization is the end-result of multi - polarization where globalization fostered. Where as multi-polarization i.s the foundation, the embodiment of globalization process. As a matter of fact, it i.s the democratization of international relation. Only if the world reaches the pattern of multi-polarization, can the democratic international relation set up a new world order. However, single polarization is the barrier of multi-polarization and globalization. Any intentions to exclude multi-polarization and push single polarization strategy are against the law of globalization, which is the western tactic to pursue hegemonism in the world.
