以扰流优化浇口料流形态的透明注塑件表面流痕控制

运用文本挖掘法对2015—2020年18项促进农民工就业政策进行高频词提取,构建了由10个一级指标和37个二级指标组成的PMC指数模型对农民工就业政策进行量化评价。研究结果显示,该18项政策重点关注的领域集中于服务、保障、发展、企业和创业等方面,其中17项政策的评价结果是可接受级和优秀级,占比94.44%,说明当前绝大部分政策能够有效促进农民工就业。在此基础上,选取其中2项可接受级政策和1项得分最低的政策,通过绘制PMC曲面图分析其改进方向,认为各级政府在制定农民工就业政策时要体现短期目标和长效机制相结合的理念,进一步强化政策的激励约束作用,并且不断完善农民工职业技能提升和工资收入保障等内容以增强其政策效用。

Mental Health and the Multidimensional Poverty of Migrant Workers in Cities

This paper adopts the method of text mining to extract the frequency of key words that appear in 18 typical policies to promote the employment of migrant workers in 2015-2020,then constructs a PMC index model composed of 10 first-class indicators and 37 second-class indicators to quantitatively evaluate the employment policies of migrant workers.The results show that:the 18 policies focusing on services,security,development,enterprises and entrepreneurship,and 17 of them are acceptable and excellent,accounting for 94.44%,indications are that most of the current policies can effectively promote the employment of migrant workers.On this basis,two policies of acceptable level and one policy with the lowest score are selected,and the improvement direction is analyzed by drawing PMC surface maps.It holds that governments at all level should embody the concept of combining short-term goals and long-term mechanisms when formulating employment policies,further strengthening the incentives and restraints of the policy,so as to continuously improve the vocational skills,and guarantee wage income of migrant workers to enhance the policies utility.
