论现行学生伤害事故赔偿责任制度之不足及完善

On the Inadequacies of Current Liability System of Students' Injury Accident and Its Improvement

There are four inadequacies in current liability system of students' injury accident.Firstly,current system is likely to induce parents pursue a wispy indemnity and causes much more shortage of our judicatory resources.Secondly,the system increases the burden of schools,affecting their impression and fame of running and operation.Thirdly,it forces students to be direct victims.Last,society is involved,for school may be bankrupted by accidents,consequently influencing the education of local community and social progress.
