| 摘 要： | 社会保障监督系统是社会保障体系的有机组成部分。加强对社会保障的监督管理，是社会保障体系正常运行的前提条件，对实现社会保障的功能具有重要意义。结合我国实际，借鉴国外经验，完善我国现阶段社会保障监督系统的基本方向是法制化与独立化，监督方式是实现内外监督、上下监督、专业监督与群众监督相结合。

| Abstract: | Social security supervision system is an indispensable part of social security system.Strengthening its management and supervision is essential to the smooth operation of the system and significant to realize the functions of social security.Chinese reality should be combined with foreign experiences to improve China's current social security supervision system so that it will be legalized and independent.Internal supervision should be combined with external supervision,superordinate supervision with subordinate supervision,and professional supervision with mass supervision. |
