论价格法

价格和竞争是市场机制的核心要素,二者密不可分。价格宏观调控和直接管制是政府价格管理的主要方式,二者既有联系又有区别,但都应当立足于市场与竞争机制。价格法的完善不限于《价格法》,随着市场化程度的提高,竞争法的价值和作用日益显现,对价格不正当竞争和价格垄断行为的规制应当成为价格监管的核心,竞争法与价格法及其主管机关之间应建立起有效的协调配合机制;价格宏观调控也应立足于市场经济的理念和市场机制,摆脱对行政手段的倚重和过度运用。
