| 摘 要： | "推优入党"是高校团组织的重要工作.但是目前高校团组织在这方面存在与基层团支部脱节、工作程序不规范、"优"的标准过于笼统、只管理推之前不管推之后等问题.高校团组织要激发团支部的活力、建立团员的评价标准、加强"推优"工作的组织领导等方面来完善"推优"工作.

| Abstract: | Recommending excellent League members to the Party is an important task of the League organization in colleges and universities.However,there exist some problems in this regard at present.To improve this work,the League organization in colleges and universities should arouse the vitality of the League branch,establish a criterion for judging League members,and strengthen the leadership of the work. |
