高校收费改革的问题与对策

随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,高等学校招生规模的不断扩大,高等教育收费改革势在必行,笔者认为高校收取学费与学生缴费的矛盾是改革的一个重要方面,如何调整这两者之间的矛盾,第一,拓宽高校经济来源渠道,第二,完善多元化贫困生资助体系,全面推广国家助学贷款,第三,以法律与合约的形式做好学费清缴工作.

On the Issues and Strategies for the Reform of Higher Education Tuition Charge

Along with the increasing development of the popularity of higher education,and the ever expansion of students recruitment,reform of higher education tuition change is inevitable.In the paper,it is discussed that the key to reform is to settle the contradiction of tuition charge between higher education institutes and students.Three solutions are suggested:first,expand the channels of economic sources in universities;second,establish a poor students funding system involving all the parties,and extend the national education-assisting credit;third,further improve tuition refunding in accordance with low and contracts.
