| 摘 要： | 如何将中国传统民本思想与西方的民权思想进行接转,这是梁启超晚年民权思想中的一个重要方面。晚年的他对传统民本思想"淬厉其所本有","采补其所本无",将之与西方的民权思想进行创造性的接转。梁启超将中西文化融通化合,并以此探索中国民权政治的进路,这对中国当下如何利用本土传统文化资源进行人权建设具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | How to transform the people-centered thinking in Chinese tradition into the civil rights of the West is an important aspect of LIANG Qichao's thoughts on civil rights during his old age.At that time LIANG abstracted and supplemented the people-centered thinking in Chinese tradition and creatively made it connect with the Western thoughts on civil rights.LIANG mixed Chinese and Western culture together and thereby explored the China's political path of civil rights.This attempt by LIANG can be used for reference in China's construction of human rights today. |
