| 摘 要： | 董仲舒的治身观念来源于上古方术及黄老思想 ,是对经典儒学养身思想的有效补充。在董仲舒看来 ,人在日常生活中只有循天之道、法天所为 ,才能找到治身的根本路径。董仲舒从阴阳的理论高度 ,肯定了性生活的正当性 ,同时又强调治身当以积精为宝、凡养身者莫精于气 ,人生寿命是天对人所作所为的酬付与回报。

| Abstract: | The body-management mode of thought of Dong Zhongshu traces back to ancient necromancy and the thoughts of Huangdi and Laozi. It is also an effective addition to the thoughts of caring for body of classic Confucianism. In Dong's opinion, human beings can find out the basic approach only according to the principle of heaven and proper way in daily life. Dong confirms the proper behavior of sexuality and he also emphasizes the importance of saving sperm. The life of human beings is the heaven's reward to their activities. |
