| 摘 要： | 村级债务沉重是当前中国农村普遍存在的现象；如何化解村级债务关系到农村的稳定与发展，关系到农村税费改革的成败。本文根据某县村级债务的调查资料，试就解决村级债务问题的途径和措施作一探讨。

| Abstract: | The serious village- debt is a widespread phenomenon that exists in China.How to solve the problem relates to the stability and development of rural economy and society. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the paying back village- debt based on the analysis and investigation on some village- data in a county. |
