| 摘 要： | 以资源依赖理论和社会网络理论为依据,以产业电子商务平台为实证背景,深入分析了影响企业加入多方联盟的决定因素。实证研究表明,企业是否加入多方联盟主要受2方面因素的影响:资源依赖和网络结构中心度。企业对新联盟的资源依赖程度越高,在社会网络中的中心度越高,其加入多方联盟的概率越大。这种经济考虑和社会考虑同时存在,共同作用于企业的战略抉择。

| Abstract: | The theories of resource dependence and social network were used to empirically examine the factors influening the focal firms' joining the multi-party alliances against the industry-sponsored e-marketplaces(ISMs).The results show that the decision of the joining is mainly influenced by two factors: resource dependency and structural centrality in the social network.The higher the resource dependence of a focal firm on the multi-party alliance,the higher its structural centrality in the network,the more likely it will join the multi-party alliance.Thus,both economic and social considerations exist,which influence the strategic choices of focal firms jointly. |
